Shipping & Order Timeline Overview:

  • Daily Order Deadline: Purchases placed before 3:00 PM (GMT-5) enter processing on the same business day. Orders submitted after this time are queued for the next working day.
  • Handling Period: Orders are prepared and packed within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak activity or special circumstances, this stage may require additional time.
  • Delivery Estimate: Once shipped, parcels arrive within 4–9 business days (Monday–Friday). Transit time can vary depending on courier performance and destination factors.
  • Shipping Offer: All U.S. orders qualify for complimentary delivery.

Order Preparation & Dispatch
After an order is placed, a confirmation message is sent automatically to confirm receipt and initiation of processing. The preparation phase takes 0–2 business days (Monday through Friday), depending on order volume and operational conditions. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor its journey.

After dispatch, delivery is completed within 4–9 business days (Monday–Friday). Actual transit duration may vary slightly based on logistics routes, carrier schedules, and regional factors.

We also provide free standard delivery across the United States on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Delivery Delays
If your order has exceeded the expected timeframe, we recommend allowing an additional 1–2 business days while checking your tracking information for updates. In some cases, carrier delays or logistical interruptions may affect delivery speed.

If your parcel has still not arrived after this buffer period, please reach out to us at support@carsbyeli.com with your order number, and we will investigate the matter with the carrier on your behalf.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@carsbyeli.com. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment stages, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately. Include clear photos of the issue and send them to support@carsbyeli.com. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
