How long do I have to return an item?

You can return your order within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original tags.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at support@carsbyeli.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

After your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 7 days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order has not yet entered processing. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@carsbyeli.com.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT-5) begin processing the same business day.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 4–9 business days (Monday–Friday).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States.
